At 'Aeroplane Rice',training is imparted with adherence to the criterion of the ISO Certification.
Purpose
To identify the training needs of all personnel and give them appropriate induction and other training so as to ensure that they have the requisite skills effectively.
Scope
This section applies to all training conducted within the company and arranged with outside agencies which has a bearing on a quality.

Method
a. Personnel performing specific task are adequately qualified through technical education,specialized training or on job experience.
b. Training may be provided in house or at outside agencies.
c. Training is a continous activity. For its identification a two step approach as under is adopted:
1.Minimum education/experience requirement are specified for all personnel whose works effects quality.Only the personnel who fulfill the minimum requirements are deputed to perform tasks.
2. Addition training needs of employees to upgrade their professional skills are also to meet the needs of new technology,equipment,machinery,test methods and systems are identified training Assistant with the help of concerned HOD.
3. The identified training needs are discussed during the management review meetings .Action is then taken to organize the requisite training.
4. All new employees are given induction training covering company's quality policy and other aspects of quality system by the Training Assistant.
5. Training records of all the personnel is maintained by Training assistant.They also include record of any training/experience gained by an employee prior to joining the company.
