NEW INNOVATIVE COLOR - SENSITIVE TECHNOLOGY
SATAKE with it's extensive know-how in color sorters and taste analyzers have developed new color sensitive technology for sensing the defects in commodity. This latest Japanese technology takes the advantage of a very HIGH POWER CCD sensors and specially designed software for the precision sensing. Specially suitable for minutely contaminated grains which are not detected by the conventional color sorters.
NEW RANGE OF CAPACITIES
SATAKE COLOR MASTER has a wide range of models ranging from 40 channels to 240 channels . Capacities as high as 16 TPH can be achieved depending upon the operating parameters. Low capacities can be offered on request.
NEW IMPROVED FEEDERS
The new feeders have been designed to suite the high capacity uniform flow of material in the chutes. These feeders can be independently controlled with a touch signal on the LCD panel. Coarse and fine adjustments are possible to tune them suitably.
NEW LCD TOUCH PANEL CONTROLS
SATAKE realizes the operating conditions of a rice mill and appreciates the need of a self governed system which requires minimum user specific controls . New 841G has been provided with a Liquid Crystal Panel which takes the signal just by touching the screen and no command or press button is required.
SELF- GUIDED FAULT DIAGONOSIS
LCD touch panel not only displays operating parameters, it also assist operators to diagnose the faults and suggests the various guidelines for repair at site itself. This reduces the downtime and increases reliability of non -stop operations.
NEW EJECTOR TECHNOLOGY
Satake has developed a new innovative ejector technology which provides a very high firing rate for the ejectors.This is coupled with a software controlled ballast to regulate the firing of grains.New ejectors can also be cleaned in case of any blockages due to contaminated air supply.
SUPERFINE REJECTIONS
With the result of new high speed ejectors and microprocessor controlled ballast superfine rejections even with high capacities is achieved .Significant decrease in the good drains in rejections will provide huge cost savings.
LOWER AIR CONSUMPTION
Color Master has been designed to suite the industrial power grids.It utilizes the advantage of three phase supply and runs on a very low amperage,for example - 120 channel machine requires only 1.0 kw (1.75 amp) for running operations and consumes 2.4 kw (4.18 amp ) for only at a start up.This is to say even the start up loads itself is less than running load of convention al sorters.
DUST- FREE OPERATION
Color Master enables you to operate in a dust free atmosphere.It allows you to use the suction air for cleaning the commodity for dust and lighter particles.This results not only a dust free environment but also provides some pre-cleaning far he commodity being run.
